Dr Lyn I need help my home falling apart i live in a double wide mobile home.over 20 years ago i co-sign for my mother to get this home, because her old house i could walk in the kitchen and look to the floor.my Mom died in 2011 with cancer.well now I am on disability I don’t have the money to pay it off and the home need a lot of repairs can you give me advice what to do i want a new home for myself.
