We have served as consultants to several organizations providing extensive support with identifying and recognizing goals, areas for improvement, and unresolved issues. Our goal is to ensure seamless training on and implementation of new strategies and techniques that advance the organizations’ missions and shareholder’s interests, when applicable. We specialize in long-term relationships with businesses and individuals and engage in coaching to ensure that new opportunities, systems, techniques and procedures result in proven value to clients while being discreet in our visibility.
Jeff and Syrena have a keen interest in helping their individual and collective communities develop and grow. This drives their work to arm others with relevant, timely information in order to maximize their ability to advocate for and achieve their own success. They have mentored numerous fledgling businesses to improve their back-office processes and procedures and strategies to build wealth. Each member continues to utilize and grow varied skills sets to enhance their skills, goals and capabilities of others.
Both partners are deeply involved in their communities as well as teaches at NCCU School of Law. Attorney Carmon has served on several community boards and was most recently appointed by Governor Cooper to serve on the State Board of Elections. Attorney Williams is a licensed Real Estate Broker, serves on several community and legal boards, and is tapped to lead workshops and speaking engagements due to her practical and applicable approach. Both partners volunteer as proctors for the NC Board of Law Examiners during the administration of the February and July examinations.
